Affordable Housing SPD Adoption Statement

Purbeck District Local Plan Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document Adoption statement Notice is hereby given under Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 that Purbeck District Council resolved to adopt the above-mentioned Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) on 09th April 2013. The SPD provides the information necessary to implement the affordable housing policies of the Purbeck Local Plan (Part 1) and the planning objectives of the Council’s Housing Strategy. Any person with sufficient interest in the decision to adopt the SPD may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of that decision. Any such application must be made promptly and in any event not later than 3 months after 09th April 2013. A copy of the adopted SPD, this adoption statement and a consultation statement detailing how the Council has modified the SPD further to public consultation are available for public inspection at the following locations: The Council’s website: http://www.dorsetforyou.com/localplan/purbeck The Council’s offices (Mon-Fri 8.45-4:15pm).
