flillella1911.1ÜellällItgliA1112371dblg MASS RAPID TRANSIT AUTHORITY OF THAILAND irleluiltimulArhrlinpaleutwilehn-istunmeiminmu A STATE ENTERPRISE UNDER SUPERVISION OF MINISTER OF TRANSPORT No. MRTA 007*es I July B.E. 2563 (2020) Excellency, Subject: The MRT Orange Line Project (Bang Khun Non - Min Buh (Suwinthawong) Section) The Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA), a state enterprise under the supervision of Minister of Transport, the Kingdom of Thailand is inviting interested tenderers to the private parties' selection of the civil works, mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems and operation and maintenance (O&M) services concession for the MRT Orange Line Project (Bang Khun Non - Min Buh (Suwinthawong) Section), with the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Net Cost (Design - Build - Finance - Transfer and Operate) investment scheme. The MRTA will invest in the civil infrastructure of the MRT Orange Line Project (East Section: Thailand Cultural Centre - Min Buh (Suwinthawong) Section), as well as the land acquisition of the MRT Orange Line Project (West Section: Bang Khun Non - Thailand Culture Centre), while the private parties will invest in the civil infrastructure of the MRT Orange Line Project (West Section), M&E systems and O&M services for the entire route of the MRT Orange Line Project, and also the associated project consultant expenses. The MRT Orange Line Project has a total length of 35.9 kilometers with 28 stations, 1 depot, and 2 Park & Ride facilities. The project can be divided into 2 phases in which the following are the tasks carried out by the private parties: 1st Phase: The design and construction of civil works, and the procurement of M&E system, which are divided into 2 parts as follow: A. Section 1: Design, procure, supply, install, test and commission and trail run of M&E systems for the MRT Orange Line Project (East Section) with the period of 3 years and 6 months starting from the specified date in Notice to Proceed (NTP) B.
