For Ibadan, the 3-day intensive training featured: Personal Life Training; Business Seminar and Business Grant competition at Daylan Events and Conference Centre, Sango-Poly/Eleyele Road, Ibadan between 24th and 26th April, 2018. e Group with the best idea was selected out of 30 other groups and NBC promised to start up and/or sponsor their business proposals while 4 other runner up submitted their details, although nothing has been promised yet. But it is hoped that those teams might have opportunity for internship programmes with the Company. Some Majlis members, who attended, fell under this category; Alhamdulillahir Rabbil aalamin. However, a Majlis member, Bro AbdurRasheed Animasaun, got a gift for being one of the six participants who mobilized more than 10 people for the summit after registration had closed. He and other five awardees were promised a private session with one of the mentors who were the programme managers (Kasher Ltd) or experts from other realms of life. At the end, participants who completed their online registration prior to the conference were given certificate of participation while others were promised e- certificate to be sent to their respective emails addresses. MAY 2018 PAGE 3 Oyo State holds inter-District Debate (By Rasheed Animasaun) ajlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Oyo State held an inter-District Debate between Apata and MOmi-Adio on 7th April, 2018. e debate was held during April State Meeting/Tahajjud on the topic "e Death of Jesus Christ (as). e programme was coordinated by the Tabligh Team as audience were advised to take note of the Ayaat and memorize them for the defense of their faith. e programme is hope to continue in subsequent months while some other Dil'aat will compete on the same or other topics. Stop the Crime: Abeokuta District orientates Al-Ameen Pupils (By Isha'at Officer, Abeokuta Dila) n line with the directive of Sadr, Majlis Khuddam-ul- Ahmadiyya, Nigeria, Eng. Saheed Aina, to sensitize the Iyoungsters in public and private schools to shun crime, Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Abeokuta District has orientated the pupils of Al-Ameen Group of Schools Annex, Abiola Way, Abeokuta on 16th March, 2018 with twelve Majlis members in attendance. Bro, Hameed Olubunmi, while addressing the pupils, emphasized that most of these crimes start from them at tender age and become part of them till they grow old. He, however, urged them to report any form of crime around them to the school authority and encourage others in doing so as this would make our society a crime-free. Ota District organises Atfal, Nasrat Day (By Lukman Bankole) ajlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Ota District has organised Atfal and Nasrat Day on 8th MApril, 2018 to celebrate the significance of the day with the children. e programme had the presence of Ota Circuit President, Alhaji Dada, Ota District Qaid and Ota Circuit Lajna President, among others in attendance. ese guests, in their separate speeches, admonished the children to embrace peaceful and morally-upright lives and be good ambassadors of Islam. e total number of children who attended the event was 258: 127 Atfal and 131 Nasrat. Nat'l Waqar-e-Amal: Ibadan District o ensure a free flow of vehicular movement and prevent mends bad road occurrence of accident, Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, (By Moshood Adenekan) TIbadan District has filled the potholes on Born Photo Junction on 6th May, 2018 as part of its National Waqar-e-Amal Programme. e Majlis worked on the road, which leads to Oja-Oba, Orita-Merin MAY 2018 PAGE 5 and Oke-Ado Markets, as a community development service to the people. e work, which took more than 2hours 30 minutes, was undertaken by 38 Majlis members using shovels and empty cement bags, among others. Waqar-e-Amal: Etsako District works on farm (by Suleiman Abu Isa) ajlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Etsako District has worked on her farm located at Ahmadiyya Hospital Land, Auchi on M6th May, 2018 as part of its Waqar-e-amal Programme. e management of Etsako District Farm is aimed at meeting all the financial demands of the MKAN that may come up during the year. e work was honoured by 12 Khuddam for six hours. Jami'a Locality holds 5th Symposium, awards best Khuddam (by Abdul Roqeeb Ogunrinde) ajlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Jami'a Nazeem Sihat Jismani, Bro. Rofeeq Olabode; Locality has held its 5th symposium to Naib Dil'a Qaid II, Bro. Lukmon Adegbola; Msend forth old members and welcome new Lecturer at Jamiatul Mubashireen, Miss. Atfal Day: L/Island District takes kids to LCC (by Abdul Hafees Babatunde) ajlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Lagos Island District has taken its children to Lekki MConservation Centre (LCC), Chevron, Lekki, Lagos to commemorate the Atfal Day held on 6th May, 2018. Meanwhile, it is with great enthusiasm as parents of Majlis Atfal and their female counterparts (Nasrat) released their wards to mingle with other children in commemorating the Day.
