October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2022, for energy and water development, and for other related pur- poses. It supplies funds for water resources development programs and related activities of the Corps of Engineers’ civil works pro- gram in title I; for the Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Rec- lamation and Central Utah Project in title II; for the Department of Energy’s energy research and development activities, including environmental restoration and waste management, and the atomic energy defense activities of the National Nuclear Security Adminis- tration
