As I am research- ing the COVID-19 Virus, the number of cases is dropping, and the vaccine is being given across the state. Not only I have received the first vaccine and second vaccine for the COVID-19, other Grand Lodge Officers and Brothers have also. The Lodges have completed their installation of Officers for this year. During the installation of the Master, he is presented a set of By-Laws of his Lodge and a copy of our Book of Constitution, which states that each subordinate Lodge shall adopt By-Laws for the government of its own affairs provided that the same are not inconsistent with the Constitution, rules and edicts of the Grand Lodge and shall furnish a copy to the Grand Secretary to be placed on file in the Grand Lodge Office. I would encourage each Master to keep abreast of their By-Laws and our Book of Constitution. Lodges continued to increase in attendance with all 3 degrees across the state. I want to brag, on the Brothers for keeping the Lodges safe throughout the pandemic. Please, continue keeping Ernest C. Jackson yourself and our Lodges safe Brothers.
