Hope has over 16 years of experience with KPMG. Within the financial services industry, Hope specializes in serving our real estate and hospitality clients including real estate investment funds, private and publicly held mortgage and equity real estate investment trusts, and individual operating properties. Throughout her career, Hope has also worked with various sponsors of defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Hope worked in both KPMG’s Hartford and New York offices prior to joining the Stamford office in 2010. As a lead engagement partner, Hope is responsible for the overall quality of the audit services provided to her clients. With respect to her clients in the real estate industry, she has assisted them in matters including revenue recognition, asset acquisitions, purchase price allocation, asset Hope Cahoon impairment, REIT compliance, consolidation and other accounting and reporting Partner matters. Hope also has experience assisting clients perform due diligence on KPMG LLP proposed transactions. Hope’s other roles in the Stamford office include serving as the co-chair of KPMG’s Network of Women and the partner champion for KPMG’s Family for Literacy. She participates in KPMG’s quality review program and served as the lead engagement senior manager on the 2009 and 2012 EY peer reviews. Hope has also assisted in the development of technical training programs and is an instructor for KPMG training programs. Stephanie is a senior vice president and serves as a voting member of one or more of the firm’s Investment Committees. Stephanie joined Portfolio Advisors in 2008 and focuses on the research, analysis, and recommendation of real estate investment managers, as well as market research and ongoing investment monitoring. Prior to joining Portfolio Advisors, Stephanie was an assistant vice president of Acquisitions with Centerline Capital Group (formerly Related Capital Company) where she originated, structured, and negotiated over 125 tax-exempt affordable multifamily and senior debt transactions since 2001. From 2000 to 2001, Stephanie was enrolled in the Management Rotational Program at J.P. Morgan Chase. Stephanie Gutleber Senior Vice President Portfolio Advisors 1 Evelyn has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the real estate and lodging investment environment. She brings over 25 years of experience in real estate in varied roles including ECM banker, portfolio manager, sell-side analyst, and private equity real estate investment management. Her body of knowledge and 360-degree perspective on the factors that influence valuation enable her to provide expert advice on strategic investor communications and the capital markets. Evelyn returned to ICR after serving as a managing director at Citigroup, leading their Real Estate and Lodging capital markets effort. She helped raise over $40 billion in both initial public offering (IPO) and follow-on offerings for the Blackstone IPOs, Sun Communities, Aimco, UDR, Prologis, Ventas, HCN, and Evelyn Infurna others. This experience was preceded by three years as a managing director with ICR advising clients on the rehabilitation of their investor franchises following the Managing Director financial crisis. ICR Inc. Prior to ICR, Evelyn managed both long/short and long-only capital in U.S. domestic real estate securities for over 10 years, having learned the ropes of securities analysis as a sell-side analyst for Deutsche Bank and its predecessors. Her deep love and understanding of the real estate market is grounded in direct real estate investment management, which gives her a true appreciation of her clients’ day-to-day challenges. She has a BS degree from New York University and an MBA degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Linda is the chief financial officer of Waypoint Residential, LLC (Waypoint). She has more than 20 years of private equity and real estate experience across all sectors. Prior to joining Waypoint, Linda was a portfolio manager for Lazard Freres & Co.’s $2 billion real estate private equity fund. Previously, she held senior roles with Security Capital Group and the Prudential Realty Group. She holds an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Linda is also president of Waypoint Direct Investments, LLC, a licensed broker-dealer and subsidiary of Waypoint. She oversees the firm’s assets in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast (excluding the New York Tri-State area). Prior to joining the firm, Christina worked for Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners where she focused on real estate fund acquisitions and mezzanine debt investments. Christina received her BA degree from Dartmouth College. Christina Lyndon Managing Director Angelo, Gordon & Co. Sherry is a managing director at Black Rock and is the senior product strategist for the Global Real Asset Securities team. She joined BlackRock in 2012 as co- global chief investment officer and chair of the Investment Committee for the Global Real Estate Securities Group with 25 years of experience in real estate and real estate securities. Sherry most recently served as the senior portfolio manager, REITs-Americas for Aviva Investors Global Listed Real Estate Securities Team. She was previously a managing director and portfolio manager with ING Clarion Real Estate Securities with $10 billion in assets under management. Her experience includes global, U.S., income and long short hedge fund mandates. Prior to ING, Sherry worked for AEW Capital Management, the U.S. Sherry Rexroad Environmental Protection Agency, and the General Services Administration. Managing Director & Sherry graduated from Haverford College and holds an MBA degree from The Chief Investment Officer Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She sits on the BlackRock Americas of the Americas Investment Stewardship Advisory Committee. She also holds the Chartered BlackRock Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. Sherry serves on the FTSE Nareit Index Series Advisory Committee and is a member of the Advisory Board of Governors for Nareit.
