Title, number of pages and language(s) of the notified document: Notification of the Ministry of Industry Regarding List of Hazardous Substances (No. 3), B.E.2543(2000) 3 pages, in Thai) 6. Description of content: The notification amends the list of hazardous substances annexed to Notification of Ministry of Industry Regarding List of Hazardous Substances B.E.2538(1995). The following 10 hazardous substances under the responsibilities of the Department of Agriculture are withdrawn from Type 3 which prescribes that producers, importers, exporters or those having in possession must obtain a permit licence. - AZINPHOS-METHYL - CYCLOHEXIMIDE -DISULFOTON - FONOFOS (unstated stereochemistry) - FONOFOS (RACEMATE) - FONOFOS [(R)-ISOMER] - FONOFOS [(S)-ISOMER] - MEPHOSFOLAN - PHORATE - PROTHOATE The above-mentioned hazardous substances are included as Type 4 which prescribes that producers, importer, or those having in possession is prohibited. In addition, it prescribes that ten more hazardous substances as follows be included in the list as Type 4: . /.
