Holy Trinity Catholic Church Washington, DC November 17 & 24, 2019 Blessings to Celebrate, Honor and Share By Rock Schuler Autumn’s cool bite was in the gold-hued air as I sat outside a Baltimore café one late Saturday morning recently. I was waiting for the leader of a prominent Baltimore ministry, an Episcopalian whom I was meeting for the first time, to explore volunteering for a short-term project. After he arrived, we shared a bit about ourselves and I told him that I worked for the Jesuits at Holy Trinity in Georgetown. “Really!” he exclaimed. “My wife volunteered with the Ignatian Volunteer Corps some years back—it was a transformative experience for her!
