Message from Lok Sabha reported The Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Amendment Bill, 2012 Secretary-General, reported to the House the following message received from the Lok Sabha, signed by the Secretary-General of the Lok Sabha:- ―I am directed to inform you that the Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Amendment Bill, 2011, which was passed by Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on the 22nd December, 2011, has been passed by Lok Sabha at its sitting held on the 18th May, 2012 with the following amendments:- ENACTING FORMULA • Page, line 1,- for ―Sixty-second‖, substitute ―Sixty-third‖. • Page 1, line 4,- for ―2011‖, substitute ―2012‖. 2. I am, therefore, to return herewith the said Bill in accordance with the provisions of rule 121 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha with the request that the concurrence of Rajya Sabha in the said amendments be communicated to Lok Sabha.‖ 393 RAJYA SABHA 12-53 p.m. 5. Reports of the Department Related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Transport, Tourism and Culture Shri Sitaram Yechury presented the following Reports (in English and Hindi) of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Transport, Tourism and Culture:— (i) One Hundred and Seventy-ninth Report on Action Taken by the Government on the recommendations/observations of the Committee contained in its One Hundred Sixty-seventh Report on the Functioning of National Museum; and (ii) One Hundred and Eightieth Report on Action Taken by the Government on the recommendations/observations of the Committee contained in its One Hundred Seventy-second Report on the Development of Tourism in North-Eastern Region.
