A defined role in the collaboration associated with companies who are responsible for Operator (TC) (operatør) collections of payments for use of infrastructure or transport services. Examples of operators are carrier companies or ferry companies. The information sent from roadside to AutoPASS IP of a Passage registered passage taking place on the roadside Describes which method of payment is chosen. Typically Payment channel Electronic Invoice (efaktura), VIPPS, direct debit ( avtalegiro ) The Norwegian company that operates the current central Q-Free system in Norway. Q-Free also provides OBUs and roadside equipment. Regional Toll Collector- The TC responsible within a region in RTC Norway Refers to equipment and systems placed at toll stations (as in Roadside (Vegkant) roadside equipment or roadside systems). Road Side Equipment - Equipment mounted at a collection point to communicate with the AutoPASS OBU and retrieve other RSE (veikantutstyr) information needed to handle users both with and without an AutoPASS OBU or chip/card. A company that handles operations and customer services for toll companies. There are 5-6 service operators in Norway. Service company (driftsoperatør) (Sometimes referred to as a service provider but this can be confused with Toll Service Provider and should be avoided.)
