In an effort to reach and hopefully surpass the State of Michigan’s goal of 70% vaccinated in our county, the following locations, dates, and times will offer walk-in availability for the COVID-19 vaccine. Verification of date of birth is required. Anyone 16 to 17-year-old, must have a parent or guardian fill out a minor consent form and a vaccination administration record form for the minor to bring with them to the clinic. www.gtchd.org As of May 21, 56.7% of all Grand Traverse County residents aged 12 years or older have completed COVID-19 vaccination (two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine).
