Professor PREAMBLE A Medical webinar programme on “Udalinai Urudhi Sei” was successfully conducted in St. Joseph’s College of Engineering on 18th July 2020 by the Department of Mathematics. The Medical webinar programme received an intense response with more than 250 participants from various academic institutions in Tamil Nadu. The online platform used is GoTo Meeting. The view on current Covid-19 pandemic situation He discussed about the three ways of health improvement namely physical health, mental health and social health. To get physical health how to eat, what of food to have and how much amount of water to drink has been explained. How to improve mental health has been explained. The best ways to relax the mind has been explained. The need of sound mental health is important to have a good physical health. Avoid unwanted messages from WhatsApp which misguides your mental situation. Social health purely depends on how and what we share to our society. We are healthy only if we improve all these three aspects of health.
