The evening will include live music and generous samples spotlighting our star ingredient of the night in every way we could dream up, including: • Chocolate fountains with fruit skewers and potato chips for dipping • Local bacon drizzled with chocolate • Equal Exchange chocolate bars • Chicken or Potatoes Molé served over red rice • Chocolate covered pretzels • Chocolate callets • Dark chocolate almond milk • Organic, Fair Trade coffee with your choice of chocolate or white chocolate syrup • Organic vanilla ice cream served with local bourbon chocolatier sauce • House-made wheat & dairy-free chocolate macaroons The Wellness Department will also be sampling local and all natural chocolate bar soap and chocolate ganache body butter.
