Traveler further acknowledges that such risks can lead to serious injury, disability, loss of life and damage to property. Traveler voluntarily assumes any and all risks of injury, disability, loss of life and property damage, whether known or unknown while participating in the Passion Play Trip. Statement of Capability: Traveler understands that activities on this trip may be physically demanding, including prolonged walking, hiking and potentially difficult road travel conditions. Traveler represents and warrants that Traveler, (and Traveler’s minor child(ren) if applicable), is physically capable of participating in this Passion Play Trip. To the extent Traveler is aware of any physical infirmity, ailment or illness that may impact the ability to participate in this Passion Play Trip, Traveler warrants that a licensed healthcare provider has approved Traveler’s involvement in the Passion Play and its related activities. Release of Liability: Traveler hereby releases and forever discharges SPIRIT 105.3, PRAISE 106.5, KCIS 630, CRISTA Media and CRISTA Ministries (collectively referred to as “CRISTA”) from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to Traveler’s participation in the Passion Play Trip. Indemnification: Traveler further agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend CRISTA from any and all claims for damages, costs, expenses or attorneys fees brought by any third party arising from Traveler’s participation in the Passion Play Trip. To the extent Traveler’s minor child participates in the Passion Play Trip, Traveler further agrees to indemnify and hold CRISTA harmless from any and all claims which are brought by, or on behalf of Traveler’s minor child(ren). Photo Release: Traveler understands that photographs may be taken as part of this Passion Play Trip and later used by CRISTA for promotional purposes. Traveler grants CRISTA permission to use photographs containing the images of Traveler or Traveler’s minor child(ren) without compensation, and accepts that all photographs taken by or for CRISTA personnel shall be the sole property of CRISTA. Venue and Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Venue for any disputes arising hereunder shall be King County, Washington.
