These boards contain evacuation procedures and maps, emergency procedures, and locations of the nearest fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and AED. Keep an eye out for these as you move throughout the building as they can help you in the AUArts Safe App event of an emergency or incident. View the complete Academic Calendar here No Show Procedure In an effort to efficiently and effectively manage wait lists and course registration, students who do not attend one of their first two meeting times of a course or contact the instructor through email by the end of the business day of the second meeting of the class may have their registration removed as per the No Show Procedure. Attendance & Participation Regular attendance is expected in all academic and studio courses, noting that faculty may have individual requirements for attendance depending on the participation or other requirements of the course. Students are expected to review the Course Syllabus for course-specific requirements and procedures for notification of absences. Forms You can find a list of all the forms you may need during your time at AUArts here. International students can also wire transfer money to AUArts. The first step is knowing what your fees are, then it’s how to pay them by the deadlines each Term. Note that bank processing can take up to 5 days so make arrangements to ensure the payment is received by the deadline! Credit Card Payment Higher Ed Points Program You may use a credit card to pay for tuition and fees Set up your Higher Ed Points: through the webservice(Student) app. Click on the www.higheredpoints.com Student Account Centre and follow the steps. Note that you can also authorize someone else to pay your fees, with their credit card from the Student Account Centre.
