In the farm you will visit the breeding of animals raised according to the biological method, respecting the species ethology and criteria for animal welfare. You will also visit the laboratory where the milk processing takes place, the production of dairy products and the packaging. Your experience will end with the tasting of mozzarella and various types of cheese that you could also buy and take them home with you.
