We had a very successful year again and raised over £10,000 for local charities so thanks for your kind support. Nevertheless, due to a very high demand to attend the rally, the committee has decided next year we will be giving first refusal to our local and national club members. All NVTEC-EA and any other NVTEC national club members will be guaranteed a space should they choose to attend subject to them meeting out terms and conditions. So please join now to avoid disappointment. Enclosed with your rally entry form, I have included a 2020 membership form. This will give you personal insurance and 4 quarterly National Vaporizing magazines, in addition to that If you are a member of the East Anglia club, you will also receive 4 quarterly ‘Vintage Torque magazines all posted to your door. Both the magazines will keep you up to date with events and what is going on in the vintage world both locally and nationally. We are looking forward to another great show in 2020 and hope to see you there, the show will feature Minneapolis-Moline and Eastern European Tractors as the main theme. Ltd At Stradsett Park Vintage Rally Saturday Night 2nd May 2020 Again for 2020 is the Saturday night hog roast (ticket only). Please could you let us know if you would like tickets for the hog roast which is served with baked potatoes, fresh salad, homemade coleslaw, bread rolls and butter, sage and onion stuffing butchers best sausages, Heinz baked beans and accom- panying sauces followed by a fine selection of gateaux’s, cheesecakes and fruit pies all of which for just £10.00 per head. The hog roast company will arrive on site seven and a half hours before serving the hog roast so they can cook it fresh on site to ensure the best flavours and the highest health and hy- giene standards. It will be served on disposable plates with disposable cutlery from 7:00pm until 9:30pm in a buffet layout so you can have exactly what you want. There will be a vegetarian quiche as an alternative if you prefer. This should be a perfect addition to the weekend and a great meal to enjoy whilst being entertained All at the main marquee where UK Bars will be more than happy to serve you and provide tables and seating in this years marque. Your co-operation would be appreciated and is expected in following them. • A speed limit of 5mph is in force on all parts of the rally fieldat all times • All exhibitors and traders are advised to carry a serviceable dry powder fire extinguisher of at least 2kg capacity. • Please do not bring any oxyacetylene equipment onto the rally field at any time. • The law requires petrol to be stored in approved containers with a maximum content of 5lt (plastic can) 10lt (steel can). • Please do not arrive on site before 9.00am on Thursday 30th April unless prior arrangements have been made with your section steward anddo depart before midday on Monday 4th May • All exhibits/traders must be in situ (i.e. on the peg) on the rally field by 9.30am each day. • All exhibits/traders must remain in situ (i.e. on the peg) on the rally field until 5.00pm Saturday & 4.00pm Sunday. • All exhibits must follow the NVTEC Safety Code. Copies available on request. • Vehicles must not move on the public area of the rally field, during hours of public access, unless authorized by a steward. Please save your fuel by not starting your exhibit too early and please Waite to be instructed to move • All persons driving a vehicle on the rally field must hold a current driving license. • Passengers are not permitted on moving tractors regardless of the number of seats fitted. • Exhibitors must not interfere with, or dismantle safety fences at any time. • Do please book in with your section steward on arrival. This will avoid queues on show days. • Do please display your exhibit number & log sheet on your exhibit. It helps the judges and commentators. • Do please park caravans, tents, etc. as requested and ensure access is left for emergency vehicles. (5m between walls) Do please clear up any rubbish. Skips and bins will be provided for general rubbish.
