General public is informed that the Government of Haryana has extended Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna- Affordable Plotted Housing Policy 2016 to the Development Plan of Sonipat-Kundli Multi Functional Urban Complex, Panipat, Pinjore-Kalka Urban Complex, Faridabad-Ballabhgarh Urban Complex, Kot-Behla and Sohna vide policy memo no. PF-27A/3429 dated 24.01.2018. Now the applications are invited for grant of licences in these Development Plans under the provisions of Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Area Act 1975 and Rules framed thereunder within a period of 90 days from the date of publication of this public notice. 3. The interested companies/parties/individuals may submit the application for seeking licence under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana to be developed at Development Plans of Sonepat Kundli Multifunctional Urban Complex, Panipat, Pinjore-Kalka Urban Complex, Kot Behla, Sohna, Faridabad-Ballabgarh Urban Complex in the office of Director, Town & Country Planning, Haryana, SCO-71-75, Sector-17-C, Chandigarh on any working day within office hours.
