We are pleased to accept official orders from UK government departments and recognised organisations. Please give us as much information as possible and remember to include a contact name and TELEPHONE NUMBER in all cases. Minimum order: Credit cards & prepaid - None. Charged to an account - £50.00. Special Orders and Special Order Cancellations We are always happy to accommodate special orders wherever possible. Subject to acceptance of the order we will endeavour to obtain any non-stock item. Special orders often involve a delay in delivery, which can be extensive in some cases. Just because you have not yet received the goods does not mean that we have forgotten the order! If you feel that you are unable to wait for any item you must contact us to cancel the order. However, it must be accepted that this is subject to acceptance of cancellation by our supplier. Despatch On acceptance of orders stock items are normally despatched the same day if the order is received by midday, however next day delivery - although normal - cannot possibly be totally guaranteed. For most deliveries the driver will require a signature to confirm receipt - Remember, if no one is in they will simply take the goods away! Any items 'to follow' will be despatched as soon as they become available. We reserve the right to use our discretion on the shipping of part orders when we expect all items to be imminently available - unless you request otherwise. We normally invoice goods on the date of despatch. SAME DAY DELIVERY - No problem - but ask for a quote! Carriage Costs Carriage is normally FREE OF CHARGE on orders over £100.00+VAT for delivery within most of mainland UK. (Excluding Highlands & Islands) Goods are normally sent within the UK by overnight courier (weekdays) or first class post. If charges apply, a small pack (e.g. 10 rolls of film) costs £2.92 and a heavier parcel (e.g. paper & chemicals) costs £7.50 - usually with next weekday delivery, if an a.m. delivery is required there is a surcharge. All prices are plus VAT. We ship worldwide, please call for information and costs to any destination. Payment Payment is due with the order from non account holders. We welcome Cash, Maestro/Delta Debit Cards and Mastercard/Visa/ American Express/JCB Credit/Charge Cards, Sterling Cheques - over £100 only (Payable to Morco Ltd.) there will be a delay in despatching goods while the cheque clears. We do not accept cheques for 'over the counter' purchases - cards are easier and quicker in all cases!, Bank Drafts - over £200 only. Payment can also be made directly to our bank by BACS - over £50 only, or Overseas Transfer - over £500 only. Payment from account holders is due strictly within 30 days from the date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts. Retention of Title Title to all goods remains with Morco Ltd. until full payment is received and cleared, but responsibility for the goods passes on delivery. Morco Ltd. reserves the right to recover all costs plus interest charges arising from payments which are dishonoured, late, or not forthcoming. Guarantee Unless stated otherwise, all products, except lamp and fuse filaments, are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of invoice.
