The result? Over 640K digital impressions to qualifi ed prospects that met the Travel & Adventure Show’s target demographic. Media Coverage: In the weeks leading up to the event, various print and radio interviews were set up with exhibitors, speakers, and Travel Show Management. Every major TV stations, plus various radio stations, featured travel show speakers, exhibitors and sponsors throughout the weeks leading up to, and during, the event. The result? Over 3.1 million impressions were served by Philadelphia PR efforts. The campaign’s goal was to target people interested and/or following other events happening in downtown Philly the same weekend of the Show. These ads reached 58,000 people while creating 167,000 impressions. Within 3 Weeks leading up to, and including, the Philly Event, Travel & Adventure Show Facebook advertising campaign targeted Philadelphia area travelers, promoting event speakers, sponsors and exhibitors. These ads reached 67,000 people while creating 178,000 impressions, drawing more attention to the event and driving ticket sales. The Travel & Adventure Show Facebook Advertising campaign included a separate Philly Awareness Event Response Campaign that reached 8,000 people while creating 15,000 impressions and 245 event responses. Additionally, the Travel & Adventure Show Facebook Advertising campaign included a separate Philly Event Response Campaign that reached 20,500 people while creating 33,300 impressions and 531 event responses TWITTER: By engaging celebrity speakers, local and national bloggers and industry professionals, @TravAdventure created over 40,000 organic impressions and over 350 engagements. The Philly hashtag, #PhillyTravelShow was used in over 100 posts reaching over 350,000 people. INSTAGRAM: Within 5 Weeks leading up to, and including, the Philly Event, Travel & Adventure Show Instagram advertising campaign targeted Philadelphia area travelers, promoting event awareness, event speakers, sponsors and exhibitors. These ads reached 29,500 people while creating 44,500 impressions. #PhillyTravelShow was used in over 100 posts leading up to, and including the Philly event, resulting in over 3000 likes.
