This field does not have lights please keep this in mind when making your selection. All payments are to be made before the start of your first practice. If you fail to do so your team will lose its practice time for the rest of the season. Rev2021 The head coach of the team must fill out this form and be present for the drawing on 2/2/2021 at 6:00pm. The dates and time slots reserved for baseball/softball field rentals from January – June are Monday-Friday 6pm-8pm. Application deadline on 1/29/2021. Ball Field rental applications can be brought by the office at Yadkin Memorial Park/Lake Hampton in person or a signed copy can be sent to [email protected] . All Rentals will be based on a lottery system. We will have a public drawing on 2/2/2021 at 6:00pm. Attendance is mandatory to receive a practice date. The Drawing will take place in the Conference room at the Yadkin County Ag Building 2051 Agricultural Way, Yadkinville, NC 27055. All teams that submit an application will be put into a blind drawing. Upon your name being drawn you will select a date for your practice until everyone has one date then second practice dates will be drawn the same way (all teams may not receive a second practice date based on the amount of days left). All teams need to have an Idea of what days would workout best for them so the selection process will not take an extended period of time. If 50% or more of your roster is from Yadkin County then your team will be put into the drawing twice. The rental fee for the baseball and Softball fields are as follows. Rentals Yadkin County Resident Non-Resident Baseball Fields: Rentals for one field only, 2 hour minimum on all field rentals Kids: $15/ 2 hour/ Weekday $25/hour/ Weekday $10/hour/ Weekend $35/hour Weekend Adults: $15/hour/ Weekday $50/hour/ Weekday $20/hour/ Weekend $60/hour/ Weekend Lights may be used during practice time only. For instructions on how to access lights and turn them on talk to Parks and Rec staff. Rake in kick outs and wore out spots on the infield that you create. Pick up trash and bottles after practice. Move portable mound to fence after practice. If at any time the information given above is found to be false or if any Parks and Recreation rules or policies are broken then the entire team will lose the time slot they have reserved for the rest of the year and the following year. Also any money that is paid will not be refunded.
