Bui et al. (2013, 2014) recognized 35 1 [email protected], 2 [email protected], species of Jasminum in Vietnam. Among the 35 species 3 [email protected], 4 [email protected] (corresponding author) of Jasminum, five species are newly recorded to the flora of Vietnam. While exploring the flora of Vietnam during Jasminum hongshuihoense Jien ex B.M. Miao 2014–2016, the authors collected several specimens (Images 2 & 4) of Jasminum, of which two specimens were found in Fl. Reipubl. Popularis Sin. 61: 217. 1992. Chang et interesting (Image 1).
