Guided by our values and our mission, this code of conduct sets forth the ethical principles that guide our delivery of patient care and services, as well as the way we conduct business and behave in the workplace. Each and every workforce member of Maury Regional Health plays an important role in maintaining these values and in ensuring the quality of the care we provide to our patients. You must lead by example when it comes to ethics. Make sure the people you work with understand this code of conduct and follow it. We have a responsibility to follow these guidelines every day and in every decision we make. Ask questions about information you do not understand. Report inappropriate or unethical actions and encourage your co-workers to do the same. We will not tolerate any retaliation for reporting unethical behavior.
