FEBRUARY 17, 2021 UNC Scoring Leader: Day’Ron Sharpe 15 UNC Rebound Leader: Garrison Brooks 13 UNC Assist Leader: Caleb Love 9 Team Records: North Carolina 13-7, Northeastern 9-8 Carolina Notes • Carolina had four players score in double figures and six with nine or more points. • UNC had 20 assists on 32 field goals. • UNC’s perimeter players combined for 17 assists and three turnovers (Caleb Love, RJ Davis, Kerwin Walton and Leaky Black). • Carolina was 13 for 16 from the free throw line (.813). That followed a five-game stretch when UNC shot 51.7 percent from the line. • UNC had 48 rebounds and outrebounded the Huskies by 15. It was the 12th time this season UNC had 40 or more rebounds. • UNC scored 22 points off turnovers. UNC is 5-1 this season when it scores 20 or more points off turnovers. • This was the sixth game this season UNC scored 80 or more points (fifth time in the last nine games).
