His wife (now spelled Katherine) is ‘general dealer’. 1901 census – 3 children in Donegal (Gertrude with McGroarys in Mountcharles & Frances/Patrick with Cannons in Drumkeelan) . Catherine and 4 daughters moved to back to Mountcharles in 19?? o US Naturalised 22/7/1909 o 1910 Census – 361 Bridge Street, Brooklyn Ward 11, Kings, New York . Lodger (other 14 boarders/lodgers) . Mother Cath at 434 St George’s Road o Gertrude married Frederick Lee . 1930 Living at 86 Center Street New Jersey with sons Fredrick and Albert . Gertrude mother Northern Ireland and Fredrick Snr mother Irish Free State o Joseph returned from Brooklyn to Donegal in 193? and lived his final years with his wife and family in Mountcharles – he died on 28th February 1937 and is buried in ‘new’ Frosses cemetery with ‘Ogilvey McGroarys’ headstone. .
