(Revised 8/2019) HOLIDAY SCHEDULE ALL HOLIDAY PARENTING TIME, INCLUDING FATHER'S DAY AND MOTHER'S DAY, SHALL TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER REGULAR WEEKDAY/ WEEKEND PARENTING TIME. Many Judgments and other Orders contain language such as: "The parties shall alternate Holidays according to the Circuit Court (or Friend of the Court) Policy." The Policy alternates the following Holidays: Easter/ Spring Break Memorial Day Fourthof July Labor Day Halloween Thanksgiving Christmas Even Number Years Odd Number Years Mother: Easter/Spring Break Father: Easter/Spring Break Father: Memorial Day Mother: Memorial Day Mother: Fourth of July Father: Fourth of July Father: Labor Day Mother: Labor Day Mother: Halloween Father: Halloween Father: Thanksgiving Mother: Thanksgiving Christmas as outlined below: Christmas as outlined below: Further: Father's Day will be spent with father each year, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and ending on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. Mother's Day will be spent with mother each year, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and ending on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. Easter- parenting time shall begin Friday at 6:00 p.m. and end Sunday at 6:00 p.m. Spring Break- shall begin at 4:00 p.m. the day school is out and end at 6:00 p.m. the night before school resumes. IF Easter and Spring Break fall during the same week, Spring Break will attach to the Easter holiday beginning at 4:00 p.m. the day school is out and ending at 6:00 p.m. the night before school resumes. Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends, the parenting time shall begin on Friday at 6:00 p.m. and end on Monday at 6:00 p.m. Fourth of July, the parenting time shall begin on July 3rd at 6:00 p.m. and end on July 5th at 6:00 p.m. Halloween, the parenting time shall begin at 4:00 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. 2 (Revised 8/2019) Thanksgiving, the parenting time shall begin on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. and end on Friday at 6:00 p.m. Christmas, the parenting time schedule shall be as follows: a. In even numbered years, the Father shall have the child(ren) starting on December 23rd, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and ending on December 24th at 9:00 p.m.; the Mother shall have the child(ren) from December 24th beginning at 9:00 p.m. and ending December 26th at 9:00 a.m.; b. In odd numbered years, the Mother shall have the child(ren) starting on December 23rd, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and ending on December 24th at 9:00 p.m.; the Father shall have the child(ren) from December 24th beginning at 9:00 p.m. and ending December 26th at 9:00 a.m. c. The remainder of the Christmas Break (if the child is of school age) will be split equally with the Mother having the first one-half in even numbered years starting December 26th at 9:00 a.m. and Father having the second one-half ending the night before school resuming at 6:00 p.m. d. In odd numbered years, the Father will have the first one-half of Christmas Break (if the child is of school age) beginning December 26th at 9:00 a.m. and the Mother will have the second one-half ending at 6:00 p.m. the night before school resumes. Parents may agree to deviate from this Schedule. However, if unable to agree, the Friend of the Court can enforce the above schedule only. 3 .
