Longbridge Deverill Parish Council Minutes of Longbridge Deverill Parish Council Extra Ordinary Planning meeting held at the Parish Hall in Longbridge Deverill on Monday 5th August 2019 at 7.30pm Present: Councillors Caroline Sawyer (Chairman), Kate Plastow (Vice Chairman), Richard Baxter, Bob Pitman and David Searle. In attendance: Parish Clerk Nikki Spreadbury-Clews and no members of the public. Public Participation. None Meeting of the Council commenced at 7.30pm 19/61 Acceptance of apologies for absence. Resolved: Cllrs McDermott and Spreadbury-Clews. Cllr Brathwaite absent. 19/62 Minutes. The minutes of the meeting of the Council held on 1st July 2019 were approved as a true record and signed by the chairman. 19/63 Dispensations and Declarations of interest. Resolved: None. 19/64 Exclusion of the press and public Standing Order #3d Resolved: None 19/65 Planning Applications/appeals discussed: - (Please note: in planning matters the Parish Council acts as consultee of the Principal Authority, the Principal Authority being the deciding Body) 19/06098/OUT Outline Application for the Erection of a Detached Dwelling with Associated Access, Parking and Private Garden Space. Alders, 90 Clay Street, Crockerton, Warminster, Wiltshire, BA12 8AF. Cllr Searle proposed supporting the application with the following conditions. 1) Reduction in size of the proposed property (the property appears oversized for the plot) 2) Appropriate number of parking spaces to be provided for the size of the proposed property in addition to the garage, i.e. 3 parking spaces plus garage. 3) Appropriate access and splay onto the highway. Cllr Pitman seconded, voting unanimous in favour. 2019.08.05 LDPC Extra Ordinary Planning Minutes signed 1 Following planning applications were responded ‘No Comment – no meeting held’ 19/06145/FUL Wooden car port with tiled roof and skylights. 2 Homefields, Longbridge Deverill. BA12 7DQ 19/05396/FUL 12' x 12' feed room alongside the existing stables.
