Enzyme activities in plasmacytoma and liver homogenates The above hypothesis is supported by a survey of glutamine synthetase and glutaminase activity in plasmacytoma cell glutamin anLecneepeprd aho heeu0m n extracts. The results of Fig. 4 (upper panel) indicate that glutamine synthetase activity was not detectable in plasmacy- toma homogenates, whereas substantial activity was seen in mouse liver.
