ACADEMY OF YOUNG DIPLOMATS The Academy of Young Diplomats is an educational program of the European Academy of Diplomacy, assisting students and young graduates in their preparation for work in the Polish Foreign Service, Polish Civil Service, as well as the European institutions and international organizations. The participants have the opportunity to be acquainted with both the competition procedures to each of the institutions and with the practicalities of work in the chosen profession. The Academy’s program is divided into seven 3-day, sessions, during which participants are being trained by the most outstanding Polish and foreign specialists in the field of international relations and diplomacy. Since 2004 over 1800 people have graduated from AYD’s programs. Many of our graduates currently work for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European institutions or for international business and non-profit organizations.
