Prior to serving in his current position, Mr. Aliberti was the Technology Transfer Officer for the Kennedy Space Center directing a comprehensive program of public services and technology dissemination and commercialization. He also served as the Manager of the Small Business Innovation Research Program; having the responsibility for the implementation and management of the SBIR Program at KSC.
