The schemes proposes to redevelop a narrow mainly landlocked site into a scheme providing self serviced apartments as well as usual hotel facilities giving residents a diverse range of options during their stay. The site is currently occupied by ‘Transport house’ and 117-118 Tennant Street which are to be demolished in place of the scheme.
