Immediately upon bid award, buyer is responsible for securing lot(s) to the maximum extent possible to protect from weather, theft, or any other loss. Recommendation or approval of cargo carriers or handlers by any employee or any affiliated entity of 1stStrike, shall be done only as an accommodation to the Buyer.
