On Monday this week we experienced the sudden and tragic loss of our friend and FULGENCE CHARPENTIER colleague, David Iftody. Mr. Benoît Sauvageau (Repentigny, BQ): Mr. Speaker, Ful- gence Charpentier, the dean of journalists, passed away yesterday David was more than a member of the House. He was an active at the age of 103. A citizen of the world, he achieved his dream of member of his community and a kind, caring and dedicated witnessing three centuries of history through which he followed his Liberal.
