Like the Berlin Philhannonica Duo in Gennany, the Bottom Line Duo continues the tradition of bass and cello duos. Combining the wann sonority of the double bass with the soaring melodic beauty of the cello, the Bottom Line Duo's programs feature concerti, opera arias, jazz and more. Spencer and Traci Hoveskeland were born 28 days apart in a small logging and fishing village nestled between the Olympic mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca on Washington state's Olympic Peninsula. They officially met as freshman in high school where they were both principal cellists of opposing orchestras. The duo has been heard live in Ireland, England, France, Gennany, Spain, Canada, Mexico, and the USA. The Bottom Line's CDs have been heard on NPR's "All Things Considered," KING-FM, and television stations KCPQ and KCTS. For more infonnation, visit their web site at www.bottornlineduo.com. .
