Hec Rivera Hec Rivera is a Houston, Texas-based country, rock and jazz guitarist. Raised in Rio Grande City, Texas, he has performed professionally since high school, and has since made a successful career performing, recording, and teaching. "To be able to do it every day alongside people who have become family makes the experience all the better." In addition to music, Hec is an avid history buff, and enjoys fishing, aviation, the Boston Red Sox, billiards, writing, concerts, and documentaries.
