(2) G.S.R. 345 (E), dated the 31st May, 2005, publishing the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution (Amendment) Rules, 2005. A copy (in English and Hindi) of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health) Notification G.S.R. 809 (E) dated the 15th May, 2004, publishing Corrigendum to Notification G.S.R. 338 (E) dated the 25th June, 2004, extending the date of implementation of certain rules in the said Notification.
