<p>Marine Sanitation Device Discharge Regulations </p><p><strong>Effective: </strong>December 27, 2010 <strong>Activities prohibited Sanctuary-Wide: </strong></p><p>qDischarge of sewage incidental to vessel use and generated by a marine sanitation device in accordance with the Federal Water Pollution </p><p>Control Act (also called the <em>Clean W a ter Act</em>). </p><p>qHaving a marine sanitation device that is not secured in a manner that prevents discharges or deposits of treated and untreated sewage.
