In 2010, the entire collection was assessed Small Manuscripts 2001 for preservation with boxes merged to eliminate unnecessary empty space. In addition to rehousing parts Small Manuscripts 2002 of the collection, materials were selectively removed for Small Manuscripts 2003 inclusion in the J.D. Williams Library catalog.
