A variety of material formats can be found in the Small Manuscripts 1989 collections including individual diaries, ledgers, Small Manuscripts 1990 corporate records, correspondence, and broadsides. In 2010, the entire collection was assessed Small Manuscripts 2001 for preservation with boxes merged to eliminate unnecessary empty space. In addition to rehousing parts Small Manuscripts 2002 of the collection, materials were selectively removed for Small Manuscripts 2003 inclusion in the J.D. Williams Library catalog. Copyright Restrictions The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. This material consisted primarily of publications, including Mississippi Territorial Documents and early State and Federal Documents relating to State of Mississippi.
