In professional activity such regulators are norms of professional ethics. In addition, since the standards are fragmented, the exactness and accuracy of the rules is the result of one's duty. Manipulative tactics lies in the partner’s actions, who lacks egocentrism and makes proper measures for the benefit of the clients, following professional aims. Manipulative influence is a deliberately chosen initiator of influence, and manipulation is conscious. In this case manipulation with positive solving its professional tasks is a moral and social- psychological fact. Especially manipulation influence is enriched by professional need and acts with the norms of professional ethics. The work was performed under the guidance of Vasylieva T. I., senior lecturer 318 .
