\ INSPECTION REPORT I ha¥e inspected the visitor's toilet block at Tomb of Alivardi Khan & the tomb of Siraj-ud• daulah at Khosbag, Murshidabad and Imambara at Killa Nizamat, Lalbag, Murshidabad and CA office & inspection room at Hazarduari Palace at Killa Nizamat, Lalbag, Murshidabad on date 18/08/2017 along with Shri Reeju Ghosh, C.A. Murshidabad. During my inspection it has been observed that the following items of work to be included in the estimate against the head of MW (Original Works) for 2017-18. Shri Reeju Ghosh is advised to prepare an estimate and submit to the S.A. A.S.l. Kolkata Circle at an early date. 1. Toilet Block of Tomb of Alivardi Khan & the tomb of Siraj-ud-daulah at Khosbag, Murshidabad Item of works which are to be included in the MW (Original Works) estimate- 1. Painting works to be done on inner and outer surface of the walls along with ceilings. 2. Damage P.V.C. doors to be replaced with new one. 3. Electrical accessories are to be restored as per requirement. 4. Sanitary and Plumbing items to be replaced as per site requirement. 5. Change the damage P.N.B. & C.N.B. by new one. 6. Day to day maintenance. 2. Toilet Block of Imambara at Killa Nizamat, Lalbag Murshidabad. Item of works which are to be included in the MW (Original Works) estimate- 1. Electrical accessories are to be restored as per requirement. 2. Sanitary and Plumbing items to be replaced as per site requirement. 3. Change the damage P.N.B. & C.N.B. by new one. 4. Conservation Assistant Office & Inspection Room at Hazarduari Palace at Killa Nizamat, Lalbag, Murshidabad Item of works which are to be included in the MW (Original Works) estimate- 1. Painting works to be done on inner surface of the walls along with ceilings, beam, rafter, door window. ' 2. Change the damage floor of toilet of inspection room by best quality Ceramic tiles and the tiles will be fixed by synthetic adhesive & grout materials. 3. Sanitary and Plumbing items of toilet of inspection room to be replaced and fixing new one. 4. Electrical accessories are to be restored as per requirement. s.
