A versatile performer, Tom has performed on stage and screen in numerous plays and films from the works of William Shakespeare to the outrageous comedy Angry Young Women in Low Rise Jeans with High Class Issues (An Off-Broadway hit). Always up for a challenge and always seeking the truth in the characters he plays, Tom has taken on some unusual feats for the arts: such as stilt walking, circus performance and being submerged in a 20 foot pool for a drowning scene. Tom has received critical praise for his performances from such publications as Variety, LA Weekly, and The NY Post. Internationally, Tom has performed to critical and audience acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. Tom's interest in social service has also lead to a career as a teacher and drama therapist. Serving children with disabilities through the performing arts has been a challenging and rewarding experience. The arts are more than entertainment; they are healing, promote growth and challenge our perception of who we are in the world. For many years, Tom has included his passion for the arts in his work with youth from age 4 to age 18. As a director, Tom has lead a group of ten children with autism to compete in Broadway Junior's International Festival in Atlanta, bringing home the highest honor of the festival, the Spirit Award. Now living in Los Angeles, Tom is excited and eager to give his all to his true passion: acting. With much life experience under his belt, he is truly inspired to push himself as an artist and performer.
