Market Capitalization/ Revenue/ Cash Flow Test § Market capitalization at the time of listing > HK$2 billion § Most recent audited financial year's revenue > HK$500 million § Preceding 3 financial years’ aggregated positive cash flow from operating activities > Main Board HK$100 million 3.
