Where Riparian Parish Councils intend to undertake neighbourhood planning which will enable them to access future neighbourhood funds and where Parish Councils will be involved in priority setting of net Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) monies to be spent on local infrastructure, the Planning Team will undertake the necessary follow up by engaging in the neighbourhood plan and “Place Plans” preparation process.
