The agenda will involve a dinner/reception, and two days of interactive sessions. TFN will cover travel and accommodation. This event is being held by the Gordon Foundation, in partnership with the Land Claims Agreements Coalition (LCAC). The LCAC is a national organization that works to ensure that the promises contained in modern treaties are realized (modern treaty refers to treaties negotiated after 1975, including Tsawwassen’s). If you are interested in participating, please submit the following to Tejas Madhur, Acting Manager of Policy and Intergovernmental Affairs (contact information below) by next Thursday October 31st at 4:30pm: 1. The purpose of the meeting is to provide Members with an update on the RBT2 project and a proposed Memorandum of Agreement between TFN and the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority in respect of the Project. The update will include the staff presentation on the project made at the 2019 Members Gathering. The meeting will also include a discussion of the Environmental Assessment process for the project. TFN has been involved in the Environmental Assessment for the project since November 2013, when the assessment process first began.
