You must disclose orally to the meeting the existence and nature of that interest. PRESENTATION – ELECTORAL REVIEW PROCESS 2010 BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION FOR WALES John Bader (Commissioner), Steve Halsall (Deputy Secretary) and David Burley (Review Officer) (all from the Boundary Commission for Wales) gave a presentation to the Council informing it of the Electoral Review Process 2010. 4 Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of Council of the City and County of Swansea (19.08.2010) Cont’d Councillors asked a number of questions all of which were answered fully and frankly.
