Guajardo Council Member Council Member Council Member At Large At Large At Large Established by ordinance in 1937, the Planning Commission reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council on the City’s annual capital budget and any capital improvement bond program. The Planning Commission consists of nine registered voters of the city. The members are appointed by the City Council for staggered terms of three years. The commission elects a chairperson from its membership each year at the first meeting in August and shall not meet less than once a month for each month.
