SILENT AUCTION RULES Silent Auction begins at 7:30 pm. Please enter your bidder number and the amount of you bid on the bid sheet of the desired item(s). If there is a minimum bid for the package, it will be listed on the bid sheet. Each new bid must be greater than the previous bid. You may bid as often as you wish. Bids may not be withdrawn once they are entered on the bid sheet. There will be a warning before each section of the Silent Auction ends. No bidding will be allowed after closing. In the event of a dispute, the Auction Committee shall determine the winning bid. The winning bids will be posted near check-out. LIVE AUCTION RULES Bids are made by raising your bidder number (located on the back of your program) and being acknowledged by the Auctioneer.
