Registration is at 9:00 am. The workshop will be from 9:30 to 12:00. Don't miss it! On Saturday afternoon, there will be a line Dance Workshop taught by Denise Heenan of San Jose who has been a folk dancer and teacher for many years. She is on the Stockton Folk Dance Camp Committee. At Camp, she hosts the Lawn Parties and coordinates the After- Parties. Her teaching skills and delightful personality will make this an enjoyable workshop. Registration is at 1:30 pm. The Couple Dance Party will be held in the main hall of the College Center where we will have the workshops. It is a beautiful room with a parquet wood floor. The hosts will be Cleo and Walt Baldwin of Sacramento. They have .taught classes hi couple, line, and set dances at all levels since the early 1960's. Registration is at 7:30 pm and the party will be from 8:00-1 1:30 pm. The line Dance Party will be upstairs in the College Center. The room has an excellent wood floor. The host will be Drew Herzig of Sacramento, who is an outstanding dance teacher. He teaches line dance classes at all levels and directs a dance ensemble. Pan of the evening will feature live dance music provided by Dai Go Zivo, Sacramento's folk music band directed by Jim Shoemaker. Bring your soft-soled shoes, belt, and cool clothes as this room gets warm. Registration is at 7:30 pm and dancing will be from 8:00 to 11:30 pm. On Sunday afternoon, we will again have two dance parties. Cleo and Walt Baldwin will host the Couple Dance Party downstairs with a combination of dances for couples selected to satisfy all dancers with a smile. The line Dance Party will be upstairs hosted by our devoted BBKM and Friday Folk Dancers teacher Barbara Bevan. I may twist Jim Shoemaker's arm to play some live music, too. The program will follow an easy-moderate- hard format and requests are welcome. Registration is at 1:30 pm and dancing will be from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. Please join us in our Camellia Folk Dance Festival. Come share friendship and our mutual love of folk dancing. We would love to have you.
