Team hopefuls from the Transcona Railer Express (TRE), the St. Vital Vics, the Ft. Garry/Ft.Rouge Twins, the Stonewall Jets and the Pembina Valley Twisters competed in pre-season, exhibition games. It was great seeing the teams back on the ice, show-casing top-notch performances for all hockey fans to watch. This tournament also provides the league’s coaching staff that extra chance to further evaluate prospects who are giving it all on the ice as they compete for that coveted spot on a team’s roster.
