It’s the biggest sport here and it’s even more popular than what you would call soccer or football. Sounds: Gaelic Football match, radio commentator. He was in the Eurovision a couple of years ago. Music “Irelande Douze Pointe” by Dustin The Turkey Ingrid: Uh, Dustin the Turkey was kind of like a joke. A puppet joke skämt who only 7 year olds with phones voted for. It was awful and puppet docka rubbish! awful hemsk Music: “Irelande Douze Pointe” by Dustin The Turkey Ingrid: There’s also some traditional music from our country. Music: “American Wake” by Bill Whelan, Riverdance kind of lite som, ett slags Anna: This music is often used when me and Ingrid do one of our hobbies which is a traditional dance from where we are from. It’s kind of like River Dance. Music: “My Love” by Westlife Ingrid: We use some words that are kind of specific for our country. Like we say for example: “a wee bit” for a small bit. Anna: And we say “craic” for something that is fun. Like: “oh, that potato was great craic”. Ingrid: And for family members, we say the word “our” all the time. Like if I was talking about you Anna, I would say “Our Anna”, because I’m your wee sister. Music “Beautiful Day” by U2 before tidigare Ingrid: Have you guessed where we’re from already? If you clue ledtråd haven’t, I can as a final clue say that our country begins with the letter “I” Anna: And I can say that the dance we were talking about before tidigare before is called Irish Dancing.
